Very, very nice numbers for stock head and this cam certainly is the real deal and nice looking torque curve to! ENJOY your new found power in good health!!!
It drives like stock except when you get on it. I have stock idle and still let the clutch out at idle. No cam surge, or any other issues except my bad slave cyclinder. I still get 28-30mpg @70mph.

I don't see how this is possible. It must idle@ 1000 rpm to get a smooth idle. And the mileage... I only get 25mpg with the stock cam and driving speed limit on the highway.

It is all in the tuning. I have never tuned a single car and had the idle at 1,000rpm. When any car is properly tuned it will make more hp and get better gas milage. I get 28-30mpg at 70mph, as the speeds go up the mpg go down pretty fast in my car. I built and tuned a 99 frc with a smaller cam but heads and all the bolt ons with 430rwhp and he gets 32mpg at 70mph. His car also idles at stock idle. A tune can make or break the drivablilty of a car. If your idle is at 1,000rpm I would look at getting it re-tuned. If your ever in the Charleston SC area feel free to come by and ride in my car or any of my customers cars, to see the drivabilty and the gas milage they have.
