Great thread Curry.
Here is mine after a freash detail by forum member and my buddy, Bryan (gmblack3).
The car was VERY neglected from it's previous owner.
Finishing products were Jeff's Werkstatt products - Prime, Acrylic Jet, Acrylic Glos and a Carnuba topper a few days later.
This was taken while Bryan was working on polishing the car. The picture is taken from the drivers side of the car showing the targa panel on the left of the tape line and the section just in front of the hatchback glass on the right side of the tape line. Forward of the tape line (left) has had initial polish, aft (right) of the tape line has not. What an amazing difference.

how did you use the PC on that glass roof mate?
just lob some polish on the pad, and constantly move the wheel over the surface 3 times?
Josh.
you should not have sold that wonderous black beauty.
git a nuther one.

My roof was painted, but yes, just lob whatever cleaner or polish you're using and work it in till the whole thing is evenly spread. The Porter Cable I have rotates and ordits, so you can't really burn the paint unless you're really trying too.
When putting it on go with the lowest RPM setting and when taking it off use a higher RPM setting with a good terry microfiber bonnet or by hand.
I'll get another one maybe in another 2-3 years or so. This time I'm getting something with over 100,000 miles and just dropping a new LS6 with some LT's and a small cam, tuning her and being done with it.
I miss her greatly but my local Vette buddies still let me hang out so that keeps me happy for a day or two.
