Question about buying car

my friend lives in Toronto Canada. He would like to buy C5 Z06 from the states. He does not have all the money to buy it right out. He is wondering if you can fianance a car from the states if you live in Canada??

Don't see why not. As long as his credit is decent enough, once he gets the VIN and writes up a contract, a bank in Canada should be able to get him the loan.
