o2 sensor issue

Default o2 sensor issue

i've got a 98 c5 and im soon gonna run a 3 inch cat-less sysem from the header back...with there being 02 sensors after the cats are there any specific specs for extending the 02 sensor out any certain distance???

You shouldn't run the rears when you're catless. The rear sensors are for the sole purpose of monitoring the condition of the cats and reporting that to the PCM. Without cats, you should either have them tuned out or run O2 simulators. The fronts are essential for engine operation although even those can be bypassed by running in open loop - not recommended unless you know what you're doing.

I just had my rear O2s tuned out and removed the O2s.
