I have heard some talk about lowering thier Vette.
Does this affect the Wheels or the ride?
How hard is this and is it expensive to do?
Did you do front & Back?
It is free to lower with what we call on "stock bolt" for about 1 inch. Or cut the busing in the front and buy longer bolts for the rear ($10). I suggest you go with lower on stock bolt first because it is easy to go back. If the bolts are not rusted, the longer part is to jack the car. Ride is a little stiffer. You can also search the forum. There is a ton of thread on the subject. If you cut or remove the bushing and install longer botls in the rear, you can get your car very low.
You need to have the car aligned. It increases negative camber and changes the toe.
There are several DIY. I have one on my site with pics. I also have alignment differences.

I thought all Vettes came lowered, I have the rear as far as they go on the rear bolts and cut the front bushing to lower the front. I have the bolts to lower the rear more and will do this when I change the oil next time as I want the rear to be as low as the front. I upgraded to Z06 Sways and the handling is much better, and I do not mind the rubber air dams hitting as they are cheap to replace
