I need some help!
I have a problem with the passenger side window. It wont roll up or down there is only a clicking sound when I hit the window up or down button. I have taken the door apart and isolated the problem to the black box (pic below) rear of the door speaker. I obtained a used one and it is doing the same thing. Has anybody else had this problem, any ideas suggestions?

I just had this problem with my passenger window but my right outside mirror had been "flaky" for some time and didn't adjust properly all of the time.
A new window & mirror switch on the driver's door solved the problem for me and fixed both the mirror and the window on the passenger side.

The problem is most likely the micro-relays inside that black box. Do a search in this forum and you will find that this has been discussed before and you may even find some pictures with part numbers to replace the relays with. If your good with a soldering iron, they are not hard to replace. Good luck.
