Hi, my first time posting on the boards (in the process of selling my turbo 5.0) . Im looking for a C5 but not any C5, torch red- coupe- black interior- sport seats- HUD- 6 speed- Z51- around 30k miles. Im woundering what is a good price, I see some going from 36k down to 26k. I am only looking at 99's, 02's, 03's, 04's.

99 to 04, you've got yourself a big price grap there.

Check out the for sale section here for some price ideas.

Good luck

I would highly suggest getting an '00. From what I've heard around here it's the best deal and has little problems Good job on selling the 'stang

Buy the most current year you can afford and you'll pick up the additional advantages in terms of power and performance. Given your age range your going to be anywhere from the upper teens and into the 30's....so lots of room to pick and chose. Good luck

I love my '02 a lot.

Prices ranges from about 29,000 to 36,000; highly dependent upon mileage.

You'll probably have to take your time , but good deals do come up. I bought my 98 two years ago for 27K ( which was a little high), but it only had 16K miles on it.

IMO prices vary by location too, vettes here in the north east are higher than most other parts of the country.
