Default 04' Seat Question

Hello all,
New to this forum and to the vette world. I have tried searching this forum and can't seem to find any one with the same problem so I figured I would go ahead and ask. My 04 z driver and passenger seats both move quite a bit. Not sure this is considered the rocking chair problem that others have had an issue with. If I use the latch behind the seat the chair will fold lets say 90 degrees. If the latch is not used then it will fold 45 degrees. So my question is.....Is this normal? I would think that if the latch is not used at all that it would lock and not move at all.

thanks,

Don't know if it's "right," but my '04's seats do the same thing.

the seat back rests in my 04 coupe, don't move that much without using the latch.

Have you by chance ever taken your car to the dealer for this?
