Corsa Prospects Beware
While at first I was impressed with the way their product manager and QC manager were all over the issue, they're displaying a different face now.
I clearly explained to them that one muffler needed to be pushed further forward and that one of their connector pipes, and they initially acted like they wanted to help.
So, what did they do? They sent a replacement part that did NOT address my issue at all. In fact, the replacement part didn't even fit!
I got back to them about that, and they said that they're not willing to help any more, because they already tried, even though the part they sent me was all wrong!
On top of all this, they're saying the problem is that I don't have THEIR X-pipe.
I can't even believe they're being like this, especially since they already sent me a replacement part. If they had actually sent me the correct one, this issue would've been put to bed.
I tell you what, their technology is good, but their fitment is horrible. If you're thinking about Corsas, be prepared to have your own pipe work done to get them to fit right, and don't expect much help from them, because they're real quick to point the finger.
Expect to pay $1000 or so for their system, and additional money for custom piping at a muffler shop to get them to fit right. If you don't believe me, ask around on this forum and you'll MANY other people who have fitment issues.
Again, while the mufflers are good, there's much to be desired about the company. When I do this again in the future, you can be sure I won't be buying anything else from them.
Good luck.
. Now I ordered a Bassani muffler system because I have a Bassani x-pipe. Over all that lesson cost me about $800. They told me the same thing, since I did not have their x-pipe they could not help me. Good luck

Also, Paul Santiago has been an excellent person to deal with, and on the second go-round, he acknowledged the problem and was willing to help. However, the QC manager didn't see it that way, and wants to charge me for another properly modded elbow pipe because he feels they already tried to help. In reality, the first modded pipe was modded in such a way that it couldn't even be used! It's kind of like they're saying, "OK, we'll help, but only once." And, because thy didn't mod the replacement pipe properly, they're now saying it's my problem, when it clearly is not.
From what I can tell from posts on this forum, there have been MANY folks having this same issue, and you are one of few who say their Corsas fit pefectly. And, even though I'm not even looking for perfect, just acceptable, it's sad that they're now pointing fingers, rather than owning up to their mistake on the replacement part sent. And, I'm sure you'll agree that that is NOT good customer service.

Unfortunately, I sold my GHLs immediately, so there's no turning back for me now. I just had a muffler shop modify the Corsa elbow pipe I was having problems with, and it looks like I got the issue licked, but I should NOT have even had to go through all this.
Good to hear from you. Prior to my installing a CLB, I would get the Pull Key... message every so often, which is why installed the CLB to begin with. Ever since you guys did the modified 04006C work, where you removed the 04006C relay and replaced the actuator with a late '04 actuator, I've not had one single issue. And, I no longer even have a CLB, so I think that last recall thing did the trick.
Regarding the GHL Bullets, I sold them to the first person who responded to my FS post. Had I known you wanted them, I would've contacted you first.

They look great, they fit great, and their customer service was top notch.
