Front brake vents
for some reason my driverside vent is there... and actually there is a huge square area cut out of my inner vender.. much larger than the hole required for the brake vent... any clues why someone did this?

Good question. Only guess would be that something else was installed in place of the duct that required a larger hole.

if you are talking about the fog light surround, having a square cut out in it towards the "insides" of the fog light - the previous owner did it to get more air into the intake
otherwise, if the is a cut in the inner fender, maybe the previous owner tried to put a fart can intake in - you know those ones that run on the sides of ricer's engine bays
