Hi, these aren't metal, they're domed decals, but don't mistake it for flat decals which it isn't.
These are self adhesive composite decals which are raised. Semi-flexible, UV protective and color fade resistant. The color itself is embedded in the material, so it can't and won't fade.
If you have any other question let me know.
Thanks,
How difficult are they to 'properly' place? I have tried twice with vinyl letters and got so p-o'd messing with them to get them just right that I just pitched them both times.
Also, do they just fill the indentation, or do they stand out past flush with the rest of the vehicle?
I will have the steering wheel and airbag in chrome this week, I'll post pictures by early this week.
Also will be available the Fuel Rail letters and stripes all raised.
If any of you have any special request just let me know as I can customize any insert for your vette.
If it doesn't exist, we'll creat it.
Take care,
Alex
As soon as I saw your thread and went to your website I ordered brushed silver for my airbag. Now I see you offer chrome; can I change my order (20881148904513)?

Don't buy anything from Cyber. I purchased interior products from cyber for my C5 and it was terrible. The glue on the inserts do not work. The cutting is not a perfect fit. YOu may have to shape and cut the inserts to fit properly.
I sent Cyber a letter telling them that my "R" was not fitting in the space, they told me they will be sending out another one, but it never came.
I had to apply crazy glue to the back of the inserts using the tooth pick method.
I have both the stearing wheel C5 logo and air bag letters, both stuck well and fit great. No problems at all... These new chrome tail letters look good but my SS ones are to new to change for now or I'd be intersted, maybe later.
I have worked with Alex and Cyberdine before, everything he has sold me has been very good quality, no issues with adhesives etc. Let me know when you have the fuel rail covers ready
