SVC not working

SVC not working
While listening to the radio, w/the top down, a couple of weeks ago, my svc stopped working. I've tried moving the control, turning radio on and off, nothing. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with this and how it might be fixed?

Not over simplify, but just confirm..... you turned the outter ring control to full (clockwise) and took the car for a spin and the volumn didn't go up? How fast did you take the car?

I was wondering 'cause mine did the same thing when I had my stock radio... only had it for about 4 months at the time...
I'm not 100% sure, but I think it stopped and started on it's own...
