Default First real mod done

well I finally decided to lower on stock bolts, thought the front might go a little lower but probably good it didn't, roads around here can be rough, however, this mod cost me money, lol
before

and after, sorry about the dark pics

and what cost me money

needed the new jack, old one wouldn't get under the car now, but wanted the low profile anyways, just gave me a reason, now need to save up for a new exhaust

Looks good! Just be careful as you will be more susceptible to front end scrapes!

Looks much better

-----> dumb question - do you have to re-align after lowering?

Does anyone have a quick link to the DIY on this? Looks like it's worth the money

Yes, realignment is recommended after you let it settle a week or so. Here's some links to get you well on your way. Very easy to do, actually!

And the one I think is the best:

Good luck!

thanks guys, i agree it looks better, i just had to convince myself to do it, for the guy that asked, it really doesn't cost anything, except the alignment, I got the new jack so i wouldn't need to drive up on some wood or something to get my jack under it, besides, i've been eyeing the jack for awhile and it was even on sale, so had to have it

you shouldn't need an alignment only lowering it that much. i never got one and my tires wore perfectly for 2 years.

lowering beyond that you must get an alignment.
