But my 95 was a coupe...with both solid & glass tops..
I ran the glass top 100 percent of the time..
I will admit that on some summer days I quickly started the car (black on black btw) jumped out and walked around the car until the a/c cooled the inside before I got back in and drive away...
summer hard top spring and winter glass top.But i do like the glass top better but gets way to hot in summer and I try a few shades they are never successful with me . Wasted my $$$ with them
Glass is all I have. I prefer the looks of the solid. I have a shade in mine, so functionally there's no difference... Anyone got a solid pewter they want to trade?
In the cooler time of the year I use the see through top and when the temp rises I use the color matched one, helps keep the temp down in the drivers compartment.
Got both, but I like the solid top better! Find that I sit so far ahead that I dont really notice the difference unless I really look up. I have to admit that I liked my T/A's T-Tops better, plus they're lighter for moving, and are more secure in the back with the latching mechanism.
