6 rib, restrictor plate, stock sized ATI pulley and a Monster cam = 12lb of boost

Next up is a forged LS2 402, possible 10 rib overdrive, no restrictor plate, gorilla glue to keep the heads down, a Godzilla cam = insane amounts of boost

If you need anything drop me an e-mail and I'll be down.
Hey Joe, it was great seeing you again. You know you guys have a place to stay if you are even down in east-central FL

Hey Stephen... just curious (and bear with me if you have answered this already)... but are you gonna repair this block and get it running or are you tearing it down in preparation for you new monster engine.

Have fun

I'll definitely try to get down there, man I'll be glad when I finish school and can get a real job that doesn't require such odd hours.

Roger I am pretty sure he is getting a new LS2 402 short forged block this time. He already got the cam and the heads at his place. He's also getting LS2 Intake and 90mm TB

Stephen, I will try my best to be down there and give you a hand

Roger,

My current LS1 is coming out along with my drivetrain. A new forged LS2 402ci will be going back in along with an even bigger camshaft and LQ9 heads. And of course, it will be supercharged I decided against a longer stroke (4.100inch = 412ci) LS2 because I still want to spin the engine to 7500rpm.

Regarding my drivetrain, even though it is a combination of the best from ECS/DTE/RPM/LGM, and it's only 6 months old and fairly robust (serious understatement), I am going to beef up some more pieces on the drivetrain that I think need customising. Stay tuned for those mods - many of them unique - in a future "Reincarnation" Grond Chronicle.

Grond will be off of the road for about 4 months as I have a LOT of stuff I want to do, and the new engine gives me an excuse to do it.

It will be a lot of fun

Stephen

Actually Bob, it could have been a LOT worse. I could have grenaded my drivetrain - which cost far more than my engine and blower combined

Good luck Stephen with the overhaul.

4 months.....At least the relocation to florida will afford you drive time when completed in the fall vs. the snow from up north

Nice to see you at the CI
