I've never heard of the emblem being called a waterfall. The part that is usually called a waterfall is the body-colored piece that is between the seats on C1, C5, and C6 convertibles. It's called that because its shape reminds people of a waterfall.

Yep, it's the part between the seats on the verts, not the emblem.
