front corner marker black outs
Do they make front corner maker black outs that are not solid black. They kind of have a very fine checker board pattern, but it looks like it is blacked out from far away.
Anybody have a link to where I can buy them?

I've seen the style I want on a set of C5 brake lights before. So thats why I'm hoping they were made for the front corner markers too.

Carbon Fiber Blackouts
What you want are the carbon fiber blackouts , these are like a few thousand blocks of clear and black. They appear black from a distance until back-lit and then they are fully lit. These are available at all Vette shops Eckler, Zip, Mid-America, Corvette Central, West Coast etc.etc.

I used a dark window tint. Made a template, cut to fit and stuck them on. Sort of like static cling. Been there 2 years and no problem. They are not as black as the expen$ive ones and are easy to replace if they get damaged.
