Default Buffing out dirty paint

I have tried waxing with various different cleaner waxes and have had no luck getting a nice clean shine without feeling a texture on my paint. I am on the fence on weather to take it to a detail shop to get it buffed out or buying a buffer like this one and doing it myself.

Has anyone used this, or have any helpful suggestions?

Thanks

Go the the car care section of the forum and do a search on clay bar and also and the Porter Cable (PC) buffer. If you do some research and reading in the section, you will find most of the answers your looking for. Good luck.
