my money is on the blower switch...sounds like a resistor on the switch is bad.....PM Bill Curlee..bet he could tell ya for sure

This happened to me. It was the blower resistor block. I was taking it to the dealer for some other work and they replaced the resistor block while it was there, problem solved.
