Hey guys, I'm still looking for the right C5 Vert and a ran across this...

I didn't know there was a C5 Grand Sport and I also didn't know they made a convertable Grand Sport
Forgive me but I thought the Grand Sport ended with the C4
Is this real or did someone bastardize a nice Electron Blue vert?

I have never liked the Grand Sport color combo but I LOVE the Electron Blue C5When I saw this I fell back in my chair cause I couldn't believe someone would bastardize a vert like that. Then I thought "well maybe it's real" I guess not huh

We do things differently here in South Georgia.
It is just an electron blue vette with red interior and a white top. The hash marks and GS badges are add ons from a previous owner.
Incidently, I live in Valdosta, GA and know this dealership. I'm also the President of the South Georgia Corvette Club. This car is not from around here - must have been purchased at auction.

This car must have been commissioned by a diehard Superman fan. It's like the body color are the leotards and the interior represents the red underwear, cape and boots. The only thing missing is yellow for an accent color representing the Superman logo and his belt.

Personally, I like the car, the combo is different and eye catching. BUT, the price is WAY out there. Going rate for that car is probably closer to $28 or so. Get a carfax on it, look it over carefully and make him an offer.

The tech guy at Moroso has a white 01 vert for sale. I have not gone over the car or asked price. Older guy, from a quick glance very nice. Maybe give the track a call or pass by tonight, they are there.

Has to be a Vert and prefer a 6 spd
No offence to anybody with other colors cause different strokes for different folks
