if i deflate two wheels/tires - is it simple enough to 'pull the sensor
from inside the tire space on the rim' and 'push it into place on the new wheel/tire?
with out air in the tire, can you push tire back, lift it up enough to get your hand in there to remove it, or do i need to visit a shop?
Even without runflats how are you dismounting the bead (what tools)? You will mark the wheels, let the professionals do it, and tell them you will tip them if no marks BEFORE they do it.

Best to get it done at a shop that has the right tools. I had some sensors swapped on my car a few months back - cost was about $20 each including checking the balance again.
