2000 Corvette Coupe/automatic 30,000 miles

2000 Corvette left rear rattle noise
As a new poster, my 2000 Corvettte Coupe with automatic trans. makes an exhaust rattle sound(as if the muffler is vibrating against the left rear floor pan) on cold start up when backing up and most of the time at 5 mph when coming to a stop. I have replaced the mufflers, hangers, converters, bottom side idler pulley bearing. Also get a vibration in the steering wheel at idle particularly with the AC on . Two GM dealerships have been unable to find the problem..anyone else diagnosed this problem? thanks

Could either of the following possibly be the problem:
1997-1998: Service Bulletin: Exhaust Muffler Insulator Rumble Noise
2002 - 2004: Service Bulletin: Jingling Noise On Deceleration or Coast Down (Section and Replace Intermediate Exhaust)
