speed bump rash
I just purchased an 01 z06....It came with a 4"x2" rash under the rocker panel. It's not noticable unless you look up at it...It is not cracked....just shows the white of the glass..how can this be repaired, is it expensive, is it a big deal or is it easy?.....what can or should be done?

If it is under the car and can't be seen without getting under it I would just leave it.
But if it bothers you and you want to get it fixed I'm sure any body shop will be glad to paint it for you.

You sound kind of particular and are someone who will want the job done right. That will entail the entire rocker panel getting resprayed. They're going to fill in the scratches with plastic filler, sand smooth, apply primer and paint. It won't be cheap. Good luck.
