I did the "peel & stick" Frost King deal from Homer's. From previous posts, I gather the pre-cut kits are like a puzzle. The Frost King is very forgiving. I cut the pieces "roughly" to size. If they over-lapped, no big deal (stickum on back). For inside corners I slit and lapped, or cut darts. Scissors and a razor knife are all you need.
BTW I followed ET's method of packing the inner fender wells with batt insulation (do a search).
After doing the sound proofing and dumping the runflats, the reults were dramatic.
