If the motor is gone I would imagine it would be cheaper to take the car to a glass shop that installs windows. For my previous car I bought the motor & took it to glass pro & they charged me 45 bucks to put it in. But that was several years ago.

Good luck.
Dittos!
Mine went out about a year ago - drivers side - it was the motor - under warranty was still big $$$$!
BTW - if it's not the motor and is the computer module...well I'm looking for a defective one (not to wish a defective window computer or anything on anyone but stuff happens!)
I had the same problem with my drivers side window. I was told to hold the button down and slam the door which should make the window go down. Mine did not work right away, but a few minutes later it began to roll up and down. I have had no problems since. Give it a try. It may work for you.
My two year old son was playing will I was cleaning the Vette and he held the window button down for a LONG time.
Anyway, as crazy as it seems, someone on here told me to leave the key on, hold the down buttom and slam the door a few times. Seems the window motor may have over tightened.
Anyway I didn't feel like spending a lot of money, tried it, and got pissed because it didn't work and was ready to go to the next step, taking off the door panel and releasing the tightness on the motor.
So the next day I go out there ready to work, and low and behold the damn thing worked.
Look for some old threads on here about that.
HAd mine at the body shop its a 03 Z and the driver window didnt work. I was pretty pissed. Took the panal off the next day and cleaned the motor, removed the 2 hex screws hold on the motor and it had metal shavings in it next to the magneto thing... put it back together and it didnt work....let it sit for a second and wallllha it worky now buddy.
