Anyone have pics of 18/19 or 19/20 Z06 wheels combos
I just got my first corvette and I am thinking about putting some different wheels on it. It is a white C5 and I am trying to decide if I want chrome or black Z06 wheels. I also can't decide if I want to go with a 18/19 or a 19/20 combo. I know I want normal Z06 wheels and not motorsports with the rivits. If any one has any pics of any of these combos on their car, especially on a white one please post em up for me. I just want to see my options. Also what is better 18/19 or 19/20.
Thanks

Here are a couple of black motorsports on a TR coupe. I think the black wheels look great on a white car. As far as 18/19 vs. 19/20 anything over 18" is just for show. 18" gives you the option of using a 14" rotors, anything bigger is just dead weight. I run 18's all around on the street, but my track wheels are 17"

Here are pics of the black motorsport wheels (18"/19") on my wife's 92. (Yes, I KNOW it's a C5 forum, but he wants to see black wheels on a white Corvette.)
When buying wheels the two things you may want to consider along with appearance is weight and strength. Just a few of extra pounds per wheel can really make a huge difference in ride, and performance. Chrome is by far the easiest to keep up, looks awesome, but curb it it's toast, you cant polish it and it's heavyier than paint or a polished finish. I went for polished 18's all the way around, though 18/ 19's or 19/20's look better. Not many aftermarket wheels I found were close to the OEM in terms of weight. CCW's are about the best I have seen on a C5, but check out Cray's as well. Just my 02 cents
