BoostAPump Fuse keeps Blowing?

BoostAPump Fuse keeps Blowing?
Hey Guys
After I installed my Kenny Bell "boost a pump" 2 weeks ago all was fine and have put about 300 km the car since with no issues. Tonight the only thing I did different was that I removed the #42 relay in the passenger side foot board to disable the "twilight sentenial" due to it being a Candian car this is what I was told to due. Sinsce then My car will not start. I checked the Boost a pump and the inline fuse was blown. I re-installed the #42 relay thinking it may have had something to do with it then replaced the fuse with a new one on the bosst a pump and as soon as I turned the key it blew the fuse again.
Anyone have any ieads on what is causing this ?
