Evening, all! Traded a really nice '01 C-class Benz for my 1st vette (98 pewter coupe) back in October and I love it! I've been nosing around here for a few months and saw a lot of common joys/concerns/issues, so I figured I'd join the gang. Here's a short list of what I love about the car:
1. The color lets me fly under the radar
2. The removable targa top (great for those topless cruises down A1A)
3. The sound out of the Borla Stinger Quad (round tips) is especially melodious under throttle
4. The shape
5. The wave
6. The speed (I'm a pretty conservative middle-aged guy w/a 7-year-old, so it satisfies me...for now).
Things I don't particularly care for:
1. The changeholder (it never fit any of my cups). Got an aftermarket one that works great.
2. The gas gauge has multiple-personality disorder (saw a fix for that)
3. Oil pressure gauge is a direct descendent of the gas gauge (saw a fix here for that, too)
I now have a mild case of mod fever thanks to most of you, so I'm now looking at wheels. Sorry to have taken so much space.

welcome. Ya might run into a black Z06 with HRE's up ther in Jax. Its a bit more than a Z06 thoUgh. Its an LPE 427 Twin Turbo. Had breakfaSt witH him AND HIS wife 4 years ago when I got my LPE stage 2 TT and i was driving back
