it'll need to be re-synced. The simple way is to hold both the lock and unlock buttons for about 15 seconds (near the car), which should cause the horn to beep if successful. If this doesn't work then you'll have to go through the process of learning the FOBs - I believe the owners manual has both proceedures in it.
