Hope everything goes well. I have no sympathy for people that do those kinds of things... For all I care, I hope whoever did it gets hit by a bus tomorrow. (Sorry, but I just cannot stand stories like this).

Sorry to hear about your car! This is what I ALWAYS fear when I have to leave the car somewhere. I love to take the car out but unless its where I can see it at ALL times I just don't. Maybe its better that you did not catch the "mother f****r", because if you did you would probably facing a life sentence right now....I know I would.

I'll throw a little more info out there may be useful for anyone in the area. i was parked across from EB Elliots on the Nautical Mile in Freeport. Its a nice strip of bars/resteraunts on the water. Frequently there are Ferrari's, Lamborghinis, and the like parked there so you would think my Vette would be ok, In fact I saw a whole bunch of vettes parked and driving by throughout the night.
I am probably not going to go thru insurance as they would really need to like repaint half the front of my car for all to match. I am pretty sure I can polish out the scratches (they are more abraisions from the shoes and not deep), and if I replace the headlight cover with one from a black car it will look good as it did before which is fine for me. I dont have the $500 to cough up on my deductable now nor the time to have it laid up getting the frontend repainted as it is going to the Vette Doctors on tuesday for a couple days to have some stuff done already. Maybe once I pick up my winter beater, but hopefully I wont have to.

thats terrible...I'd be sooooooooo upset...hope you get it fixed soon...he will get payback somehow someway

It does not matter what kind of car your drive, nobody should deface your property. There are just too many A$$HOLES out there that need the sh-t kicked out of them for doing this kind of damage to other peoples belongings.
I would contact local police and see if they caught anyone that night doing damage to other vehicles as I am sure you weren't the only one.

Yeah, some kids put Strawberry Nesquik all over my car... fortunately no real damage (although dairy can be really hard on the clear coat if you let it sit)
I have a shotgun (unloaded...) in a closet close to the door. Mostly because i skeet shoot a lot, but once this crap happened i said to myself, if i ever catch someone donig that I'll step outside with that shotgun and put the fear of God into that person. And if they don't believe in God, then the fear of Benelli Nova 12GA will just have to do...
