Default "Tire"d question about EMT
Forgive the newby question. My 2000 frc came with Goodyear Eagle F1 GS tires on it front and rear. The front tires also have the EMT emblem on them while the back tires do not. Looks to me like the back are not EMT even though they look identical to the front tires tread pattern etc (except for the EMT emblem). Would appreciate non-condeming reply.

Goodyear made the same tread version and sizes in a non-runflat (EMT) as well as other sizes

sounds like 1/2 of your car is protected against a flat while the other 1/2 of your car will be disabled immediately with a flat. i hope your tire pressure monitor system is working. bub

I'm not 100% certain, but, I don't think you should mix runflats and nonrunflats on the same vehicle...

Make sure when u do, to get rid of the runflats and keep the stand F1 Goodyears. If that's the tire u want to stick with.
