Just went through the "constant on" windshield wiper drill. Cleaned out the udders and they were packed to capacity. Will make cleaning them a part of my routine maintenance regimen.
Removed the fuse to the wipers for a few days and let the motor area dry out.
Everything is working like it should now except...
The wipers do not rest in the rest position. They rest about two maybe three inches up on the windshield.

How do I reset them to lay in the rest position.

Be careful as the wipers can scratch the windshield if left on during the "constant on" routine.
