Default Inexpensive (cheap) mod, painted cowl

Been busy playing again, Laconia NH rally this week:

Heading up to NH.

But found time to finish up my nitrous purge install. While I was installing the purge LED's I noticed the plastic cowl was not looking as good as new. So, I bought some plastic paint and painted it. It looks shinier and blacker than the factory plastic.

Sorry for the lousy pics. The purge LED is the chrome 3/4" circle located at the seam of the hood and fender. Looks wild at night.

I didn't think that would look good either. Either way, I like my shiny black cowl.

Love that hood, brother! You have done such a stellar job fabbing your raised cowl. And, the center stripe is gorgeous!
