Interior cabin noise
It has been about 8 months since I have driven my C5 coupe...I drove it on a highway today...It felt great to be back behind the wheel but I have to tell you that I do not miss the interior cabin noise. Can anyone out there please give me some ideas on what I can do to reduce this noise???
I also am hearing wind noise from the drivers side window towards the rear...Has anyone had any luck regarding stopping this noise? Will a simple weatherstripping change solve this issue???

If you are running the O.E.M. GY EMT's, that is a major contributor to the road noise. There are many aftermarket tires that even offer the extended mobility (though not the 200 miles that the GY EMT does) that are quieter.

You can also install DynaMat or Frost King insulation into the interior that will reduce some of the noise as well.

Road noise? Tires, tires tires. Frost king insulation looks way time consuming to me for little claimed decibel change. Did I mention tires??? Wind noise? Ckeck rubber seals. My rear hatch (not roof) seal was deforming when I closed the hatch right behind my left ear. Window alignment is a notorious culprit also. G'luck.
