Does water wetter really reduce coolant temperatures? And if so can it be used with the stock radiator? Any cons to using this?

It isn't an anti-freeze, so don't use it during the wrong time of year in cold temperatures.
FYI- I'm guessing it's similar with cars on road courses, but when roadracing motorcycles, anti-freeze would not pass inspection since it would cause a very slippery surface if a hose broke or wreck happened. Water Wetter was the product of choice.

It works best in a pure water cooling system and to a lesser degree (pun intended
) in a system with anti-freeze.

I used it in my C4 and it worked, but I've been told dexcool has a similar ingredient and WW doesn't help with it. However, willfulone's post seems to dispute that.
