Did you have your car dynoed more than once? The dyno sheet you posted shows 378 hp and 376 tq.

The condition is intermittent and and seems to go with the turf for those who run many brands of air intakes. Almost always, the CEL will clear itself on next restart. If so, and the codes carry an H, an owner learns to ignore these events as a minor nuisance compared to the performance gains the intake brings.
