Light problems

I have a 02 z06 a Canadian addition so the head lights come on all the time, in the garage, before its even dark. I need a solution before I go mad. Any advice?

Bring up options on your DIC, go to twilight sentinel, turn it off.

YA I tried that and it doesn't have that option it's a canadian car so I can't turn it off. So I was wondering if there was another way.

You'll need a Tech 2 device to fix this problem. Your car is a Canadian version of the 2002 Z06. It has RPO z49 (Canadian options) enabled in the BCM. This means the headlights are on all the time. You'll need to use the Tech 2 to scroll through the screens to get to the body control module. Once in the BCM, select Special Functions, then BCM RPO Special Program, Set Up New BCM, enter car's country of Origin: US & Canada RPO V73. If at any time a screen asks you if your car has RPO z49 answer "no". Under BCM RPO Reprogram, toggle on with an asterisk "Auto Headlamp Control (RPO T82" and exit the BCM with the Tech 2. You will be able to control the Twilight Sentinel on/off from the DIC.
