I usually place baited mouse traps inside each wheel and then either place additional
traps in the engine compartment and interior or use "mouse bar" poison as a last line
of defense in case they get inside. Be sure to turn your climate control off and keep the
windows rolled up. Turning off the climate control should close the inlet air door. The
heater and a/c ducting can be a path to the interior.
Check the traps often, at least monthly to see if there is any rodent activity.
