I'd suggest you get the jacking pucks and lift at the points. I could have sworn that there is a warning against lifting in the center area that can cause damage to the suspension. Maybe I'm wrong but I know that it's not hard to damage a body panel with stress if you do it wrong.
You may want to reference the service manual and double check it. I know I got my jacking pucks right away so I didn't make a mistake.
