Default I Need Shipping Information Please

Hello guys and gals. Will someone please inform me on the best, cheapest method of shipping four wheels in seperate boxes and four tires loose. The wheels are stock chrome wagon wheels and the tires are stock Goodyear EMTs. I'm shipping from Arizona to Texas, how much should I expect to pay? Thank you in advance for the information!

When I bought tires from Tire Rack they shipped them FedEx without any packing whatsoever. I had to exchange them shortly after and shipped them the same way, FedEx Ground or Home, for about $12 a tire, that was a couple years back so expect a little more now. Wheels I also shipped with FedEx Ground or Home for about the same price each. Also I shipped these from Lincoln Nebraska to Tire Rack but I don't remember their location and the wheels went to California.

Thanks for the info! Will they allow tires to be shipped loose or would they have to be packaged?

Sorry I don't know about that but knowing the Postal Service they'd probably ship a dead relative as long as you lick the proper amount of stamps...............:-)

Where did you get the boxes and how much extra do you think they would be with tires?

FED Ex will gladly ship tires loose - I've gotten them one at a time, and I've gotten two at a time where the two tires have simply been taped together in a couple places - just tape the shipping address to the tread surface of the tire (run the tape across the shipping label and through where the rim mounts a couple times. Not a problem to ship tires.

For rims, I would avoid shipping damage by packaging them in a box.

Another option would be Greyhound - but I doubt they will deliver to the buyers door. Probably have to be picked up at the bus station.

FedEx is offering a 15% discount if you setup the shipment via online.
