Corvette Forum Wisdom needed
Hi,
I am looking to get a vette and am wondering what forum members would pay for these cars:
Car 1
2003 Blk/Blk (exterior/interior) Z06 vette
less than 5000 miles
stored indoors
completely stock
hit in the passenger rear quarter panel while it was parked. Quarter panel needed to be replaced and the rear wheel
Car 2
2003 Blk/Blk Z06 vette
~14700 miles
extened warrenty till 2009
new tires (fronts recently replaced, rears ~ 3125 miles ago), all are BFG
Chromed Z06 wheels
aftermarket headers, skip shift and K&N filter
hit on driver front (someone made a left into it while it was going straight), front fender and bumper needed to be replaced
I am wondering what each of these cars are worth and should I be leary of these cars since they have been in accidents.
Personally I like the sounds of car 2 and have asked him for more details about the accident but am concerned because it has been hit. Are there any suspension components I should look over if I decide to go check it out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, like I tell everyone else that asks similar questions - they are worth whatever you are willing to pay for them. To me, Car #1 sounds cleaner. I'd take a car hit on the rear quarter over a car hit on the front/side (possible alignment issues forever!).
