Z06 Wheel Spoke Size
Does anyone know if the OEM Chrome Z06 wheel spoke sizes were the same for all C5 Z06 years? GM is telling me that they cannot find the same size spoke as the ones I have on my '03 Z06.

he chrome set(4) i use have thin spokes while the 2 i just purchased with m/t tires has thicker spokes. at the Y where the spoke splits to meet the barrel my original set is only an inch while the new wheels are 1 1/4. i didnt measure the spokes themselves but where the 2 spokes orm 1 and merge to the hub.

No Z06 wheels came from the factory chromed. It sounds like your OEM wheels were chromed in the aftermarket. If the back of the wheel says GM, I think you have a model year '01 forged Z06 wheel. Beginning in '02 (with some exceptions), the wheels were spuncast and made by Speedline. The back of the wheel will be stamped Speedline. So it sounds to me like you may be comparing your '01 wheel with the later model Z06 wheel, which may have a very slightly different design.
