I contacted B&B on Friday and explained the entire situation to them. I mentioned that I would not accept anything less than a new exhaust. The person who I spoke with told me that they would need to discuss it with "Mr Billy Boat". I was told that I would receive a call on Monday. It is now Tuesday and there has been no call. I hope this isn't how they treat all of their customers.

Well, I am very sorry to hear of your problems,but like so many others here,I too have had great experinces with this company.

For me, and what I recieved the first time AND the second time around,the quality was SECOND TO NONE......

Granted, I have a different system than you,but it is the same manufacturer

I made no demands when I returned mine,was prepared to pay,and what I recieved was a shock and a surprise as it looked even BETTER than new......and the whole thing was FREE!!!!!

Take a look here people,I for one,can say nothing but GREAT things about B+B performance exhaust....

Again,I am sorry you are having issues,but you really should try to let them work it out,I think you will be satisfied in the long run

I called B&B again this evening and did not get an answer as to why no one called me on Monday. I talked to someone different and they told me to send pictures, which made me even more frustrated. The exhaust has been sent back twice and the problems still persist. Now they don't believe that there is a problem with it? Why would I complain if there was no problem? They gave me the email address of the owner and I explained the entire story through email. Maybe this will get me somewhere. I can only hope.

This is just unbelievable.
