I had the luxury at the time to order mine so I checked everything in the option column. Would order another the exact same way, option wise, with a different exterior and interior color.
Since mine is a daily driver, not Black! -- it is wonderful when clean but being I drive it daily, it is very hard to keep clean. I would probably look for a silver coupe if I had to do it over. I am not sure but I may have gone for a M6 instead of an A4 too.
Black does look great, but so hard to keep clean, so its off my list. I know I want a mn6. Anybody have a favorite int colors. I have been told that I would be happier with the base suspension package. Better ride quality, any thoughts on that?
i'm sure we all tend to like what we have but perhaps unlike others, the c5 was not our 1st corvette. we had a torch red c4 coupe that we got @ carlisle & loved. bought it w/ 78k on the clock then sold it when we had 2 kids in college. when we went c5 shopping, and we looked a fair amount of time (3+ mos), the criteria were: c5, y2k or newer, coupe, automatic, hud, no bsm, buy from dealer (i know + & - on this one), buy within 40 miles of home, & a good color (not purple please!) and we had already gotten red out of our system. pristine clean interior & underhood, clean carfax. ended up with sebring silver y2k at a superb price (i know, very relative) that we were willing to pay. 32k on the clock. have not looked back since. we like it more today than when we got it.
now-----------my very short wish list: our next vette (not sure if c5 or c6) will be magnetic red, auto, & insanely low miles.
The dual zone climate control is a little more than I actually need. The standard system would have been just fine. Other than that, I love my car the way it is.
I almost typed nothing. Then I thought did I really need the C.D. changer? I changed the system and removed it anyway. SSSooooo I wouldn't have gotten the changer. Other than that NOTHING.
