Bose Anti Theft Code
I've read the manual more than a few times. Bought the car a few weeks ago, and I need to enter an anti theft code of my own in case I ever lose the battery or disconnect it for maintenance. Can't figure out the sequence to change it if I don't know the existing code. Help!

There's several past discussions about the theft lock. I just did a search under "radio unlock theft" and found this one...read the very detailed explanation by Zilla half way down. I don't think you have to worry about it if the code was never set by the original owner. I've never been so lucky.
