Why do l see so many window valet's showing up in the for sale section and then for approx $110 + shipping they are sucked up in a flash!

The reason you're seeing so many for sale is because a lot of guys will pull them from the car before they sell the vehicle, in order to sell the WV separately.
It's really a cool additional feature. Especially nice to let out hot air before getting in in the summer time.
