My impression is that the HPS doesn't offer enough of an improvement over stock to induce a lot of people to install them.
On the other hand, a fair number of folks have tried the HP+, including me. I'm pretty pleased: not too noisy, not too dusty, nice bite in an autocross application. I mated them with Brembo replacement rotors, something else to consider when you think about changing pads.
