lets talk custom/aftermarket wheels
I have some wheel questions for the experts. I like the look of the ace z07/z06 hyperblack wheels and the price is right. I know some say spend the extra money and get ccw/fikse/kinesis ect. I really don't want to spend more than $2500 for a set. I think I can get ccw for close to that. Are the ace wheels really that much worse? Does anyone know the difference weight between the to wheels, and what are the real world advantages of a lighter wheel? Are there any other wheels in my price range that I should look at? Thanks as allways.

I have the Ace (chrome) wheels on my car and really like them. To me, the CCW wheels are less common and a little nicer looking. It is all about your preference and if they are worth the extra money to you. I wanted 18"X11" and CCW did not make that size when I bought my wheels. They started selling the sizes I wanted about 3 months after I bought my wheels. I may eventually sell my Ace wheels and get some CCW wheels.
