OK, I've posted on this earlier and have tried some things.
I took the BW completely off and relooked at all the connections to make sure there was not unmetered air getting in. No problem found.
I haven't closed the hole in my radiator baffle that I had cut for the BW Icebox.
I'm leading to a throttle body cleaning. Can I do this with Throttle Body cleaner and follow the same directions? Since the AFM will not be seeing airflow when the engine is rev'd, will this cause a problem?
No, I didn't. I can do it, but it does not make any sense that this would have to be done when it's run fine up until a month ago. I haven't run it very much as I've been sporatically on the road.
I've seen the steps shown here someplace before, does someone have a link or can they paste it here?

I had a rough idle a little while back and tuner guru Chuck Mallett suggested a couple of things to look for...one of which was a loose or bad plug wire. I wiggled each one, and sure 'nuff...a loose one. pushed it back on until it clicked, checked the rest of them (all okay), and fired it up. Idled perfect. If I hadn't been deliberately looking for a loose wire, I'd have never been able to tell, and may have driven myself crazy looking for the cause. Check the plug wires.
