[Z06] Torque Management and Drag Racing
There is a ghost in the machine. If I can get a tuner to turn this bs torque management off, will it make this car easier to launch on sticky tires (MT drag radials)?
I can def feel it when I make a good, hard 1-2 gearshift and there's traction, feels like it's pulling timing out or something.
I've done my runs in Competitive Driving mode, and TC and AH both turned off, it still happens.

I never touched the PCM on either of my C5Zs and in 500 passes never had an issue on launch or the shifts.
The key to strong launches, good shifts, and fast ETs is in solid techniques and practice, practice, practice.
Several guys in our Corvette club run MT ET Street Radials with stock PCM and stock motor or just CAI. I've watched each of them produce 1.6X 60'. So if you're car is not doing that, look at your technique rather than hunting for illusory TM-solution.
